•End-to-end process management for key sales controlling activities, including pricing strategy formulation, price application approval, and price maintenance

•Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in cross-functional processes involving Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain: Sales KPI tracking and reporting (e.g. TNS, AR, SE/CSS), Sales planning for short-term (MBR, CF, BP) and long-term (VPZ)

•Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate standards across all related processes

•Support internal and external audits related to sales controlling

•Background in sales, manufacturing, engineering, international trade, logistics, or related fields

•Solid understanding of commercial and technical business processes

•Experience or knowledge in SAP operation, process management or process optimization is a strong plus

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English
