What you will do
•Leading a team of professional project managers in Shanghai
•Implementing state-of-the-art project management techniques and driving the R&D organisation to meet ambitious time-to-market targets while delivering best-in-class products
•Accountable for implementing a standardised and effective project management process in our Project Managers Team in Shanghai
•Accountable for recruitment, appraisal, coaching & development, and assignments of direct reports
•Accountable to provide project management know how to their own team, provide problem-solving expertise, manage conflicting requirements and step in to solve critical situations in R&D projects
•Accountable for the definition of required partners, tools & resources in the field of project management to execute product roadmaps
•Responsible to grow and develop project management competence within our Project Managers Team in Shanghai
What you will need
•Bachelor's / Master's typically in Electrical Engineering, ideally in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, and/or Microelectronics
•Min. 10 years of experience in leading complex international projects / Team Lead within a technical semiconductor business environment
•Very good knowledge of state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
•Proven leadership qualities in building & leading project teams and building stakeholder relations in a global, intercultural environment
•Proven capability to lead a team of project managers
•Strong communication (English, Mandarin) and networking skills
•Strong customer orientation, structured problem solver, goal-oriented leader, and people coach
