Follow-up with procured equipment, material and service, responsible to formulate expediting plan, and to solve anomaly problems linked with expediting process;

Responsible for analyzing the workload and manufacture process for suppliers and periodically obtain the equipment progress report;

Organize expediting in factory, master supplier’s practical manufacturing progress, and timely complete expediting report in detail;

Timely forecast and report delivery state of supplier and timely update the goods delivery state in expediting report;

Coordinate with warehouse and project group on shipping, receiving, confirm and storage of goods and communicate with project groups in shipping and receiving goods;

Timely obtain procurement business documents stipulated in the contract;

Prepare goods payment application in the name of E&C Singapore procurement, and the LC recognition documents related with suppliers;

Participate in supplier management evaluation;

Complete semi-annual and annual report of equipments’ delivery state and analyze them.

Coordinate the PO payment & close out.

To ensure the preservation of company confidential information through continuous proper filing and maintenance of working place.

To promote quality & safety focus through identification of non quality or unsafe condition, and implementation of corrective action.

To propose to the Expediting Group manager any improvement to the procedures and standards.

Bachelor degree or above in trading or engineering major;

At least 2 years purchasing or expediting working experience; better to have domestic and overseas equipments purchase and import/export experience;

Familiar with chemical technology and related equipment;

Good ability in communication and coordination;
