DPMS Implementation:

1. Takes ownership and coordination role for all data, data governance and data security related topics from

China regulators and local laws, across the group, including the as-is process clarification, understanding of

internal policies, local data law and regulations to fully ensure that the group data is protected and well

managed in compliance with group and government regulations.

2. Ensures data related business and process risks are proactively identified and effectively managed within

the company.

3. Facilitates to provide targeted strategy and set overall direction, role definitions, owning and managing

company data policy and standards of usage, sharing and flow of data and serves as the governor of local

data assets. Centrally manages critical data (regulatory relevant).

4. Ensures data owners and technical owners take necessary measures to ensure data quality consistently

along the data life cycle per local regulators requirement.

1. More than 6 years of business experience within MNC or firms

2. At least 3 years' working experience in the automotive or internet industries, preferably in the areas of Data

Governance/Data Security/Data Privacy Protection.

3. Experienced in working collaboratively, coordinating among cross functional or cross-regional teams in

consideration of organizational differences and priorities

4. Bachelor degree in law is preferred or data protection or data security or equivalent

5. Qualifications specific to compliance management; good understanding of local data laws and regulations.
