Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company's market strategy and planning to ensure alignment with overall business objectives;

Conduct in-depth research on the development trends, market demands, and potential opportunities in the offshore engineering industry, and formulate forward-looking and actionable market entry strategies in combination with the company's resources and strengths;

2. Regularly assess the effectiveness of market strategy implementation, and optimize strategic direction in a timely manner according to market dynamics and business adjustments;

3. Continuously collect and analyze the latest trends in the offshore engineering industry, competitor dynamics, customer needs, and potential project opportunities;

4. Regularly compile comprehensive market analysis reports to provide accurate market insights and strategic recommendations to the company's management;

5. Identify new business growth points and market opportunities through data analysis and market research, providing strong support for business expansion;

6. Collaborate with the sales team and business departments to develop and execute business development plans;

7. Provide market strategy recommendations to help the team better understand market dynamics and customer needs, thereby increasing the success rate of business development;

8. Participate in the preliminary communication and planning of key customers and projects, and assist in formulating targeted market strategies;

9. Plan and lead the implementation of a global market promotion plan to enhance the company's visibility and influence in the international market;

10. Be responsible for offline promotion activities in key overseas markets, including but not limited to exhibition planning, execution, and delivery, to maximize the effectiveness of the activities;

11. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with industry associations, and enhance the company's brand exposure and industry influence through industry events;

12. Develop and implement online promotion strategies, utilizing social media, the company's official website, industry forums, and other channels for precision marketing;

13. Update the market promotion plan annually to ensure that promotional activities are in line with the company's strategy and market dynamics.

任职条件

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to those majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Offshore Engineering, or related fields;

2. Over 5 years of experience in market strategy, market promotion, or related fields, with preference for those with backgrounds in offshore engineering, energy, or related industries;

3. Experience in successfully developing and executing global market promotion plans, with familiarity of strategies and methods for overseas market promotion;

4. Proficient in market research, data analysis, and report writing skills, with the ability to use professional tools for market trend analysis and competitor research;

5. Familiar with the planning, execution, and delivery processes of exhibitions, and has rich experience in organizing offline activities;

6. Possesses good project management skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure the smooth progress of market activities;

7. Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, and capable of using English as a working language to communicate with international clients and team members;

8. Knowledge of other foreign languages (such as French, German, Spanish, etc.) is preferred;

9. Possesses excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capability to formulate market strategies from a macro perspective and drive their implementation.

10. Has a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work, and is able to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

11. Possesses excellent communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to establish good working relationships with people from different departments and backgrounds.

12. Is innovative and has a strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly adapt to market changes and the development needs of the company.
