Description
This role acts as a specialist in e-commerce area concerning the EC Media planning and operation . You will be looked upon to provide structural insight from various EC media, as well as building efficient evaluation model to meet clients’ requirements.

Measures of success
1)In three months:
Design, develop and implement planning solutions to understand EC media resources and conversation, providing insightful, actionable recommendations on generating more impactful media strategy.

Gotten a deep understanding of the agency portfolio of clients.

Been a good relationship with the internal team members.

Supported or led the eCommerce team of some projects to deliver high quality service to the clients. Including traffic operation, data analysis, business solution, etc.
能够成功支持或是领导所负责的项目,产出高质量的服务,包括但不限于:媒介采买、数据分析,人群洞察,客户关系等等
2)In six months:
Started to build solid relationships with the key decision makers within the clients, agency organizations and EC platforms.
与客户/代理商/电商平台的关键决策人,能够建立起坚实稳固的合作关系。
Gotten started to pitched some new business and collaborate other internal partners smoothly.
开始参与一些新业务机会的pitch,并在合作过程中与内部伙伴有良好的合作。
3)in 12 months.
Been able to independently propose Ecommerce overall strategy to meet clients’ requirements.
可以独立驾驭手上客户所有的策略,并且带领或协同团队输出满足客户需求。
Led some crucial projects to increase the impact of GroupM EC to the marketing.
领导一些重要的战略项目,以强化并塑造群邑电商在平台或是行业内一定的影响力。
Responsibilities of the role
1.Customize Ecommerce marketing and media strategy for client across Ecommerce platform include but not limited to Taobao, Tmall, JD, Douyin, Red等
为客户输出订制化的跨平台的电商媒介策略,包括但不限于天猫、京东、抖音、小红书等。
2.Master at Ecommerce data tools,such as data bank, Jingdong Sshufang, Jingzhuntong and other tools, and make customized holistic strategy to our clients.
熟悉或接触过电商数据工具,比如数据银行、数坊、京准通等工具,能够藉此提供客户电商全域运营与媒介投资策略。
3.Bridge to integrate client’s Ecommerce strategy into their marketing portfolios that enable the clients to expand their business online or leverage the various online shopping/ group-buy / B2B2C/ B2C / KOLs / EC contents / O2O to run impactful campaigns with trackable performance
能够整合客户的电商策略,应用链接到客户多元生意场景。
4.Analyze competitor’s EC market strategy, promotion and operation.
能够分析并追踪竞争对手在跨平台电商的投资与玩法。
•4+ years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in an ecommerce, digital marketing/media agency, media research or marketing data technology company
至少4年以上的数据分析经验,在电子商务,数字营销/媒体代理,媒体研究/市场数据技术公司/平台有过相关从业经历
•Proven experience working across DATA analytics and insight, and ability to navigate an extract right data from right data sources and able to efficiently analyze and interpret data for key insights and recommendations
在数据分析与洞察方面拥有一定经验,能够分析和解释数据以获取关键的洞察和建议, 有采买电商大颗粒资源,如京X、UD、电商品专的项目经验
•Good communication and team management skills
良好的对客沟通能力与团队管理能力
•Good at proposal writing and presenting.
有策略输出与讲演汇报的能力
