职位描述

Accountabilities

This is a standard management position and requires the candidate to have experience of representing the company in international standard workgroups. Understanding of the entire process of standard development and corresponding stakeholder management. Telecommunication, energy system, ETSI member, multi-culture work experience will be a plus.

 

His / her task includes but not limits to:

Delivery owner of interaction in standard organizations.

Define strategy of approaching standards workgroups in China based on company roadmaps and strategy.

Build connections and influences in standard workgroups

Preparing corresponding technical material to support influencing standardization works with technology teams.

Deep understanding of corresponding standards and drafts in Europe, US and China.

Carry out exchanges and cooperation with internal stakeholders and customers, to promote the industry Eco partners to form a consensus, and lead the standardization process.

Participate in standard projects and make independent contributions, such as data collection and analysis, industry insights, and industrial policies, to drive and enhance company's influence within industry standard realm.

 

Main activities

Strategic activities

Define AIRBUS China standard strategy based on the company goals and strategy.

 

Client related activities

Build, maintain and drive connections and influences in standard workgroups.

Build up an AIRBUS-friendly ecosystem within the industry, by regular interaction with customers and partners, and conducting technical training.

 

Operational activities

Ensure standardization activities well aligned and exposed with global stakeholders.

Independently and skilfully fulfil various standard work at either the module level or proposal level, such as standard research, standard formulation, patent analysis, etc.

 

Developmental activities

Develop technical materials to support influencing standardization works with technology teams.

Qualifications

What is ‘MUST HAVE’ instead of ‘NICE TO HAVE’ to deliver the business results and meet the customer requirements on a particular job

Education:

Engineering related majors is must

Master degree is must, PHD is plus

 

Experience:

Minimum 3 years working experience in standardization is needed.

Abroad experience is appreciated.

Telecommunication R&D experience is a plus.

Basic Skills:

Both oral and written English communication skill is a must

Good public presentation skills are preferable.

Self-motivated working attitude and result-oriented thinking mindset.

Good study capability towards new domain.

Good presenter, good writer

Problem solver

Very good communication skills

CTO/CIO connection experience is a plus.
