We are looking for OutletManager-The Penthouse/La Terrazza/china Lodge（Black Pearl Restaurant）

【Job Responsibilities】

Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise andprovide exceptional guest service at all times. Handles all guest and internalcustomer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Establishesand maintain good customer relationships with customers.To function as theBusiness Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlet, to ensure that theOutlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel andare individually profitable. To function as the Business Manager and aMarketing Specialist for the Outlet, to ensure that the Outlet operatesuccessfully, in accordance with the standard of Hyatt International and thehotel and are individually profitable.
