Job Description
This position focuses on building a comprehensive framework for data management, analysis, and reporting processes that are essential for ensuring product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. And empower the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Manage and execute processes for recurring monitoring and reporting Quality metrics, including Cost of Quality (CoQ), Product Reviews, Warranty Spend, and Defective Returns.
- Analyze new and existing data sources in conjunction with a working knowledge of various materials, manufacturing techniques, and engineering practices to identify and remedy in-market quality issues and business process inefficiencies through data analysis.
- Prepare monthly presentations for the quality team to present to cross functional stakeholders, organized by product line.
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests for all quality functions, including but not limited to field service, product liability claims, corrective and preventive actions, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Manage, analyze, and make recommendations based on data analysis to make business process improvements to enhance customer and consumer experience.
- Preform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/art or equivalent.
- Experts in SAP & tools like Excel, QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, or Minitab.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 3 years in the areas of data analysis, project management or client facing related works.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English for dealing with all levels of staff (CET-6 or above)
- Exhibit strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration with business units, different Quality function teams, IT teams and other function teams to improve data collection and analysis processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent PC skills (i.e. Microsoft office software).
