This role reports to Head of Biddable / Associate Director, Biddable.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
• Campaign Management: Oversee the successful implementation, and optimization of biddable campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
• Team Leadership: Establish a clear direction for the team, ensuring alignment with overall GroupM objectives.
• Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and developing tailored biddable solutions.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and ensure we meet and exceed client goals.
• Process Adherence: Ensure team understanding and compliance with finance processes, GroupM policies, and procedures.
In six months:
• Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of comprehensive biddable media strategies for a portfolio of clients, including established brands across multiple markets.
• Team Development: Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and expertise. Actively manage a cluster team and provide day-to-day supervision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating knowledge sharing and teamwork across different functional areas. Demonstrate openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise.
• Trend Analysis: Organize and drive knowledge sharing and understanding of new trends and technologies across activation.

• Client Growth: Contribute to new business development efforts, expanding GroupM's client base and revenue streams.

What your day job looks like:
We are seeking a world-class practitioner to lead our performance product for our large global and multi-national clients that we service from Hong Kong. Although the focus will be on Performance, this candidate is expected to have worked with both brand and performance clients. They will have a high level of experience across global, regional and local digital platforms and be able to lead discussions from planning/insights through to implementation and reporting.
You will be expected to work closely with client leads and our analytics & innovation specialists to provide end-to-end solutions for clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in biddable media, with a strong focus on paid search and social advertising.
• Thorough understanding of all key biddable mechanisms and their implications.
• Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience in managing client relationships and exceeding expectations.
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
