Key responsibilities:

Home decoration channel & project channel：

- Deploy the annual channel plan, analyze and improve the activities and sales policies to improve market share.

- Manage channel rebate and ASM, ensure efficiency within budget.

- Lead and execute brand driven seminars for designers.

- Support consumer-oriented activities in home decoration channel.

- New initiatives to drive sell out growth

Operational support and management：

- Generate ASM report to track actual expense and rolling forecast monthly

- Collect marketing intelligence, competitor information and monitor marketing trends

- Assist with the expense application and reimbursement SOP

- Sample management

- Support on brand show with the cross-functional team

- Support on sales-related reports

Other duties and responsibilities：

- Assist the line manager and the team in running key programs and promotions.

- Other works assigned by line manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- At least 2-3 years’ related solid working experience, experience in a multinational corporation will be a plus

- Well organized, proactive, self-initiated, strong analytical skills and good skills in Office, Excel, PowerPoint

- Mature and independent, self-motivated, excellent communication skills and strong ability to work in teams

- Fluent in both written and oral English

- Be willing to travel reasonably to gain a better understanding of the market
