处理特殊放行以及叫停潜在异常库存品基于风险评估

5..Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization)

客退品处置

6.Lead Internal Process Audit, Product Audit

负责内部制程审核，产品审核

7.Drive continuous improvement from daily work, review business process of Product Quality Management.

通过回顾本部门业务流程，推动持续改善，优化业务流程

8.To guild other PQE for critical cases

指导其他PQE处理重大案件协助经理指导其他PQE处理重大案件

9.To drive quality crisis of plant level

推动工厂层面质量案件的处理和改善

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above 大学本科或以上学历

2. More than 10 Years of experience of semiconductor/ Electronics Industry / Automotive industry; 10年以上半导体、电子、汽车行业从业经验

3. SAP, 8D, SPC, QC tools, computer skills; 熟悉SAP,8D,SPC,质量工具，

4. Internal auditor of IATF16949/VDA6.3/LPA(Layered Process Audit), and expert of process audit

IATF16949/VDA6.3/分层审核内部审核员，内部制程审核专家

5. Fluent English both in written and spoken流利的英文口语和书写能力

6. Familiar with JEDEC, AEC Q standard 熟悉JEDEC，AEC Q标准
