和全球范围内团队成员协作完成项目开发工作,负责相关产品的设计验证,以及开发流程中相应技术任务;为团队和合作伙伴提供必要的技术支持.

Collaborate with global team on new developing projects, Lead Engineering development independently through NPD process. Provide Engineering solutions and support to all stakeholders as needed.

- 对新开展项目进行技术可行性分析, 独立完成产品设计, 设计验证和图档管理, 以及完成开发流程各项系统作业

(FBIN集团旗下品牌遍布全球化市场, 产品类别包括但不限于卫浴龙头, 浴室挂件, 锁具安防, 保险箱, 户外产品等).

Conduct technical feasibility analysis on the assigned new developing projects, independently complete product design, design verification, and document management, as well as complete various process documents through the development process.

(FBIN Group's brands are distributed throughout the global market, with product categories including but not limited to bathroom faucets, bathroom accessories, lock security, safes, outdoor products, etc)

Capable of undertaking multiple tasks simultaneously, creating reasonable work plans, and delivering high-quality tasks on schedule

- 不断提升效率, 优化产品结构设计, 利用价值工程等方式积极寻求降低成本的机会; 协调内外部资源开发高效能制造和装配工艺.

Continuously improving efficiency, optimizing product structure design, actively seeking opportunities to reduce costs through value engineering and other methods; Coordinate internal and external resources to develop efficient manufacturing and assembly processes

- 积极协作处理日常工作中可能遇到的技术问题和挑战; 为团队及供应商提供必要的技术支持.

Actively collaborate to address technical issues and challenges that may arise in daily work; Provide necessary technical support to the team and suppliers

- 不定期外地出差, 以及跨地区业务交流

Irregular business trips to other places and cross regional business exchanges

- 完成上级主管所布置的相关工作安排.

Complete the relevant work arrangements assigned by the superior.

- 具备丰富制造行业工作经验,熟悉产品开发流程及相关工具,如FMEA,DRBFM,DOE,GD&T等.

Having rich experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with product development processes and related tools such as FMEA, DRBFM, DOE, GD&T, etc.

- 能够熟练使用Solidworks 等3D 绘图软件进行3D产品设计和规范制图(2D),能够熟练使用曲面建模者优先.

Proficient in using 3D drawing software such as Solidworks for 3D design and drawing standardized 2D engineering drawings, with a preference for surface modeling.

- 熟悉质量管控常用方法,可靠性工程技术, 流程改造以VA/VE方法; 熟悉6 Sigma及有相关项目经验者优先.

Familiar with quality control methods and commonly used tools, reliability engineering techniques, and process transformation using VA/VE methods; Familiarity with 6 Sigma and relevant project experience is preferred

- 熟悉模具设计和常见工程材料,以及制造加工,表面处理等工艺.

Familiar with mold design and common engineering materials, as well as manufacturing and surface treatment processes

- 清晰的逻辑思维和表达能力, 良好组织协调能力和人际沟通技巧.

Clear thinking and expression skills, good organizational and coordination abilities, and interpersonal communication skills

- 具有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神. 擅长学习新知识,良好问题分析处理能力.

Has a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit Proficient in learning new knowledge and possessing excellent problem-solving skills

- 熟练使用MS 办公软件,熟悉项目管理或具有机械行业相关工作经验优先.

Proficient in using MS office software, familiar with project management or with relevant work experience in the mechanical industry is preferred

- 利用中英文进行书面, 口语交流.

Work requires written and oral communication in both Chinese and English
