Summary:
The PD Systems Analyst will support Global Product Development Systems and Processes for FBIN. They will assist with the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Product Development systems and processes required to reach the new product portion of GPG growth targets.
The scope of this role includes working with various Product Development Systems and Processes and providing Technical and Functional Support in the assigned business domains and systems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, support, and administration of systems supporting the Global Product Development. These systems include Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Project & Portfolio Management, Project Financial Tracking, Business Intelligence & Analytics.
- Provide Drive/Support Process and system improvement initiatives across the Global Product Development Organization, and the business units that PD organization services.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruptions to Product Development.
- Analyze and streamline business processes in order to best align technology-related solutions with business strategies.
- Assume complete project/deliverable ownership for the full lifecycle (cradle to grave) for all relevant process & systems initiatives.
- Drive implementation of systems that are necessary for the process improvement
- Provide technical subject-matter-expertise in evaluating technology changes that may advance capability.
- Proactively identify the impact of potential changes, integrate new initiatives with existing processes, and ensure that all processes are consistent and fit together.
- Work with IT and other stakeholders to communicate, test and deploy necessary configuration changes to software (upgrades and migration).
- Support ad-hoc analysis requirements based on product development business priority.
- A clear understanding of Power APP and Automate functions and limitations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree is required.
- Good English literacy skills, be able to communicate in English for working purpose.
- Experience providing systems and process support to various business systems.
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement roles is preferred, Such as user registration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with one or more of the tool sets is required: including Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365、QlikView (or similar BI tool).
- Knowledge of Product Development Processes including Planning, Design, Development, and Launch of Products.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to persevere to reach objectives for challenging problems.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting and translating data into decision-ready insights is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to deal with fluctuating priorities; be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision.
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.
- Demonstrated passion for learning, adoption of new technology, and independent decision making.
