• Handling customer 0-km and field complaints.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Component handling check in customer process related to Bosch products, improve/ correct customer process for Bosch products
• Technical support customer and coordinate pre-analysis in customer plants.
• Responsible for communication of complaints handling with customer, especial for SW issue.
• Interface between customer and internal.
• Bachelors or Master degree, major in Electrical or Software related engineering
• Over 5 years' experience in automotive industry (Experience in OEMs is priority), preferred Geely related background.
• Sound knowledge of TS 16949, FMEA, skilled in Problem solving process and 8D method
• Customer complaints handling method, technical support customer experience, and SW related background is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• English oral & written fluently
