职位描述

The EKA Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with e-commerce Key Account Distributors and e-commerce platforms in China, achieves sales target of the online distribution channels both on sell-out and offtake.

What are we looking for?

•Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

•Minimum 5 years working experience, at least 3 years’ online KA management experience in pet food or a related industry, much familiar with TM/JD.

•Great EC operation capability, familiar with traffic buy, SKU management, promotion, and platform strategy.

•Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques.

•Results-oriented with demonstrated business skills related to goal setting, budgeting and reporting, and analytical abilities to assess and interpret results.

•Mathematical abilities to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volumes, etc., and to manage abstract and concrete variables.

•Enthusiastic and self-motivated sales professional and interpersonal skills.

•Industry and product knowledge, honesty, integrity, and trust.

•Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop and sustain successful business relationships internally and externally.

•Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, ppt.

What will be your key responsibilities?

•Responsible for Key Account Distributors’ business mainly on Tmall, JD and VIP shop.

•Set up business strategy and annual plans to support distributors’ business growth.

•Lead and co-work with distributors on traffic management, sales operation, value chain management and promotion management, drive brand share growth within distributors’ stores.

•Develop and conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with distributors and platforms.

•Consult with distributors, platforms, and industry sources and report product performance, competitor, and industry intelligence.

•Assess the potential of the platform and the capabilities of Key Account distributors, integrate resources to promote growth in business opportunities for platforms/distributors.

•Develop new industry’s capable distributors and promising platforms.
