The Opportunity

Our AP Innovation Center is currently looking for new engineers to be part of the Tire Engineering department. The main responsibilities are support for tire consumer industrialization in interaction with other functions/departments within our company.

Base location can be Pulandian or Kunshan.

To join our team, you will need:

Education:

-The candidate must have successfully completed a 4- or 5-years study in Mechanical Engineering or Physics or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

Languages:

-Fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary.

Experience:

-5+ years’ experience in automotive industry is an asset.

-Experience in any tire manufacturing plant is an asset.

IT, Soft Skills & others:

-CAD/CAM (preferred software Catia V

5).

-Experience with Finite Element Modeling is an asset.

-MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point).

-VBA is an asset.

-SAP is an asset.

-Statistical tools are an asset.

-Ability to define and execute projects.

-Ability to work in a multi-cultural team, as well as independently.

-Excellent communication and people skills

-Sense of responsibility and urgency.

-Stress resistant and flexible.

-Showing initiative – Being initiative-taking. - Taking the lead.
