Lead and manage a team of software validation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within planned resource

•Collaborate with stakeholders local and global to define project requirements and objectives

•Plan and prioritize project tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress

•Conduct Test process review, spot-check, go to gamba activity, project test daily review

•Identify risks and resolve technical challenges

•Follow V&V true north target, tracking the automation KPI realization in resp. customer projects

•Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficiency best practices

•Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support their professional growth

•Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence

•Master's degree in Automotive,electronic, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

•Proven experience (>5 years) in software validation and with(>3 years) in a leadership role of automotive industry relevant products

•Deep understanding of software V&V methodologies, tools, and processes

•Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous Testing (CI/CT) pipelines

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team

•Experience with Agile development practices and project management tools

•Ability to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
