• Promote Envision zero defect culture

• Be responsible for the coordination and management of all related quality partners in the project

• Ensure all quality related activities are in full compliance with the Contract

• Ensure all quality related activities are in full compliance with the Project Quality Plan, relevant policies and regulations

• Maintain Client relations

• Maintain Consortium relations

• Maintain Sub-Contractor relations

• Chair and/or participate in meetings as and when required

• Minute taking, maintaining quality documentation and reporting

• Coordination and preparation of weekly and monthly quality reports

• Participate in action plans definition when needed

• Establish and conduct team meetings covering quality, risk management, and actions plans

• Escalate roadblocks and deviations

• Conduct workshops as required with project team

• Conduct reviews in case of quality issues, including RCA

• Prepare and/or review non conformance reports and action plans

• Mentor and train team and suppliers to avoid repeat occurences

Qualification in relevant field

Minimum 10 years’ experience as Quality Manager on major infrastructure projects

Experience in wind industry is mandatory

Knowledge in people management and quality methods and systems

Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Sharepoint

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin is essential, both verbally and written
