•Responsible for design review, design release and design change management of 3D/2D/BOM/technical documents

•Responsible for structuring and optimizing the design solution acc. to customer requirement and internal specification

•Responsible for design robustness verification

•Responsible for structuring and maintaining the product’s design guideline

•Responsible for coach design engineers in platform team

•Lead design group to fulfill the design tasks in eCompressor development

•Lead technical definition and design on test sample, test fixture and test bench

•Lead problem solving during design development

•Lead technical requirement releasing towards supplier and make technical approvement in PPAP

•Support Lead V&V engineer to structure the validation plan, and TCD specification

- Cooperate with cross-functional team in eCompressor development for new energy automobile

Mechanical, Mechatronic or Thermal Technology background. BS degree up;

Have 8 to 10 years’ experience in scroll eCompressor and core part development in automobile field, min. 3 years as lead designer for eCOM;

Have deep knowhow on design solution implementation for eCompressor industrialization

- Familiar with DRBFM, DFMEA

- Familiar with CAD software: like NX/TC and PDM software: like SAP

- Familiar with cooperation w/ cross engineering functional team, such as simulation, sample shop, etc;

- Good at working in an international and technically demanding environment

- Motivative and strong ownership;

Good English in oral and writing in daily business
