Job Description：

1. Lead and manage the certification process for offshore wind projects in compliance with international standards and regulations.

2. Conduct technical assessments and evaluations for offshore wind turbine designs.

3. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure all designs meet certification requirements.

4. Provide guidance and expertise on offshore wind turbine type certification.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulatory changes.

6. Liaise with certification bodies, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements：

1. Minimum Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable, Control Engineering or a related field.

2. Extensive knowledge and experience in offshore wind turbine type certification and project certificaition.

3. Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, ISO and other relevatn guidelines .

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Professional certification in renewable energy or wind energy (e.g., PMP).

2. Previous experience working with certification bodies or in a similar role.
