The role of RE-Expert is one of the main roles in Requirement Engineering. The RE-Expert needs very well trained soft skills, because the collecting, identification and analyzing of requirements are not only requires an engineering practice approach also requires mediating skills and communication skills.

•Requirements

•Identification of project related stakeholders

•Start of ACU requirements development based on product requirement.

•Elicit stakeholder needs, expectations and requirements，incl.use case, environmental regulations related to material acquisition, storage, handling, recycling, elimination, or disposal, manufacturability, legal, regulatory, and other constraints.

•Formulate and analyze product requirements and close gaps.

•Develop data to define requirements.

•Examine requirements in an initial design study.

•Develop requirements specification.

•Confirm verification-validation plan.

•Confirm specified requirements with stakeholders.

•Track requirements

•Identify and manage changes in requirements

•Results review and reporting

•SW developer experience

•Product owner experience is preferred.

•Good English communication

•Internal BOSCH transfer is preferred.
