■Overall Responsibility for the Engineering management of the assigned Project in terms of scope of supply, time delivery, quality and compliance with technical contractual requirements；
■Responsible for ensuring Compliance to local codes and requirements information is provided to disciplines and subcontractors specific to local codes and requirements for incorporation into design. Responsible for track implementation to ensure compliance；
■Make sure the technical contractual requirements have been: i) distributed to all engineering disciplines lead (for the part relevant to its scope),ii) understood and iii) followed；
■Tracks the engineering progress for adherence to schedule and leads actions to manage deviation
■Lead engineering interface management; (customer; supplier, internal disciplines. external engineering company, site)；
■Lead the technical clarification /review meetings with Customer;
■Ensure the technical input/output documents exchanges between E&C & customer follows contract requirement;
■Prepare and issue generic technical documents and others as per project organization;
■According to related procedure, organize/attend/support project design review Meeting, Follow up MOM status, meeting action follow up and close out；
■Coordination with the PPM in order to ensure schedule adherence for inquiry, PO；
■Manage clarification with suppliers, Participate in supplier's quotation technical evaluation;
■Expedite documents to be delivered by subcontractors or suppliers, and make sure documents distribute to related specialists for supervising, reviewing and approving;
■Lead Engineering management for subcontracted detail design；
■Act as liaison and technical Reference point for the Site Manager；
■NCR coordination and follow up propose resolution of solution with related lead engineer/DA and make sure the NCR closed properly.；
■Responsible to track and log technical issues as inputs to Technical Lessons Learned.
