职位描述

•SAP S/4 Rollouts

•Global Lead consultant for Order-to-cash Process Area.

•FIT/-GAP-Analysis as a preparation prior to Roll-Out.

•Raise IT requirement to full-fill process gap.

•Work with Technical team and User Department to define the global template in Order-to-cash area.

•Lead O2C team for the successful S/4 rollout in Asia Pacific.

•Future orientated Solution implementation of processes/functions across the system landscape.

•SAP R/3 ECC Projects and Support

•Regional Order-to-cash Process/Consultant Lead

•Day-to-Day consulting for process improvement and raise IT requirements for gaps and improvements.

•Lead projects and ensure high quality implementation.

•Training of key users for new development

•Ensures know-how level of rollout and support team.

•Communication and Leadership

•Able to work and collaborate with global team and

•Manage project as Project Lead or lead a team as an Order-to Cash lead.

•Digital implementation

•Bring ideas for automation and digitalization in the area or Order-to-cash.

•Manage different system integration topics (API, EDI etc.).

•Support to design and implement the integration architecture/data structure between Cloud base system (E-commerce, middleware, external customer system) and backbone system (ERP or non-ERP system on-premises)

•Able to build Analytical tools – Power BI etc.

任职条件

•Consulting Mindset along with innovative ideas.

•Deep SAP (S/4, R/3, and BTP) – Order -to-catch know-how for more than 10 years is mandatory.

•SAP S/4 Hana Rollout experience - Carried out end-to-end rollout independently in O2C area.

•API design and build – Knowledge and experience to design O2C related APIs.

•Analytical Knowledge – Power BI, KNINE and Python.

•Leadership skill - Lead and drive team from different regions.

•Good communication skill with different teams with different cultures.

•Speak English fluently.

•Automotive aftermarket business experience is preferred.

•Flexible with working in different times zones and travels.
