The Business Development Power Battery Laser Business is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding business relationships with important customers for TRUMPF laser technology in all relevant areas of the eMobility industry in order to help to maximize market shares for TRUMPF in the Chinese market.

3、Establish regular communication with customers to ensure clear feedback of customer needs, proactively coordinate project resources to ensure timely response. 定期与客户建立沟通交流，确保清晰反馈客户需求，确保及时响应。

4、Proactively coordinate project resources, promote early project introduction and solve on-site problems积极主动协调项目资源，推动前期项目导入及现场问题的解决

5、Good at Office software, especially PPT&Excel, 善于使用PPT和Excel等办公软件

6、Good communication skill and anti-pressure ability, 优秀的沟通技巧和抗压能力

7、Complete other tasks per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作

German (strong advantage, if native or business conversational) 德语(德语母语者或可以进行商务沟通者更优)

2、Working experience in laser related company and new energy company is preferred有激光相关公司及新能源公司工作经验为佳

3、Good analytics and structured problem-solving skills, as well as Customer oriented working style 良好的分析和解决问题的能力，客户导向意识

4、Rich network resources in the power battery industry在动力电池行业有丰富人脉资源为佳
