About the role:
•This role will manage a MAG (product line) within BG IC Solutions. This role may lead to VP as a career development path depending on the impact on the business and product scope of the MAG
•JG is determined by the scope and key deliverables of a specific MAG (product line)
•ICS business group focuses on products related to Power management IC, Signal conditioning IC, Interface IC, and Standard Logic
What you will do:
•In this role, you’ll own responsibility for the business profit-n-loss (P&L) through managing product roadmap, development platform, R&D execution, go-to-market strategy, and driving customer design-in/win and production ramping by working with sales, field applications, supply chain, external manufacturing teams
•In this role, you will be managing cross-functional teams. Depending on product scope, cross-functional teams may include product definition and application, design & layout engineering, product marketing and business development, program management, and test and product engineering teams
•In this role, you will be partnering with BG IC Solutions’ leader in charge of operations, finance, human resources, quality, and technology platform teams to manage every aspect of the MAG
What you will need:
Hard Skills:
•Tracking record in managing cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to make decisions/tradeoffs
•Technical background in IC space is strongly preferred
•Experience in semiconductor (Analog, Mixed-signal, and logic) over 10 years
•Experience in business management is a must
•Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Experience in managing a particular MAG portfolio is a strong plus
Soft Skills:
•Strong tracking record in accountability and result-driven mindset
•Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
•Leadership skills in building and leading engineering teams and customer team
•Strong time management skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
•Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively
•Demonstrating “owners’ mindset”, critical judgement and the ability to build ‘winning teams’
•Very good verbal and written communication skills
