Responsibilities:

-You are responsible for manage maintenance process ,PM ,lubrication,PDM (including plant employees and contractors) drive to zero failure ,and ensuring that all maintenance activities are being carried out under goodyear safety standards ,meet production and quality requirement. 组织并负责维护管理过程,PM, 润滑,PDM（包括本厂员工和承包商）向实现设备0故障而努力，并确保所有指定的维修、保养活动安全地进行，并符合公司的安全标准和政策，满足生产和工艺要求。

-You are responsible for maintenance teams engagement, RT skill improve, management of RT training, and identifying the training opportunities required. 负责提高团队凝聚力,维修人员的技能水平、管理咨询和培训，识别培训需求。

-You need to Conduct on-site equipment troubleshooting, support maintenance of parts required by employees, check historical records, and responsible for follow-up work analysis and improvement. 协助和执行现场设备故障排除，审核维修工作所需要的备件，并负责后续分析和提升。

-You are responsibile to analyze the breakdown rate of maintenance and develop a plan to improve performance indicators. 分析维修指标故障率，并制定计划提升绩效指标。

-You are request to regularly communicate with production and quality, participate in various meetings related to production and quality. Cross function communication and coordination. 定期与生产、质量沟通，参与生产、质量各类会议。做好跨部门沟通协调工作。

-You are responsible to engineering cost control and optimization. 维修费用管理和优化。

Qulifications:

-You with Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical /electrical related. 本科及以上学历电气/ 机械相关专业。

-You with more than 6 years experience in tire equipment management. 6年以上轮胎行业设备管理经验，

-You are good at communication in English. 英语口语及读写能力强。

-You are experienced in lead a team. 领导团队的经验
