Responsibilities of the role:

• 【对接】：独立对接并维护客户，持续与客户保持良性互动，不断深挖客户需求；

• 【执行】：负责具体项目的传播管控及执行推进，确保传播质量与客户满意度；

• 【管理】：合理分配团队任务及人员精力，保证团队的中高压长线作战能力；

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

• 独立服务客户，完成负责产品线从提案到执行的完整工作，并获得团队内部与客户的认可

• 积极融入团队，并确立自身在团队中作为中坚力量的价值

In six months:

• 能够独立协调团队与公司赋予的资源，可以稳定地负责产品线由方案、提案至执行的完整工作

• 能够对自身工作进行有效的总结与梳理，与直属领导沟通提出建设性的调整思路，有计划地实践

In Twelve months:

• 成为客户服务一线的担当，在业务上独立把控方案、提案、项目对接、节奏推进、资源协调与结果的交付

• 能够在完成自身工作任务的同时，能够赋予团队好的培养与知识性的输入

What you’ll need:

• 【经验】具备8年以上整合媒介策划服务背景，8年以上中大型客户独立服务经验

• 【能力】具备优秀的全局观及整合媒介策略输出能力，思维不死板并具有针对性

• 【管理】拥有5-10人以上团队管理经验，善于分配团队任务及人员精力

• 【情绪】拥有良好的情绪管理能力，抗压能力强

2. 【具备营销科学能力】熟悉营销科学打法，能够有效使用平台提供的营销科学数据工具提供高效策略方案

3. 【具备整合营销能力】能够提供互联网（品牌硬广、效果广告、电商广告）、视频、户外等整合营销方案

4. 【熟悉媒介环境变化】理解媒体的变化与趋势，有实践经验与总结，能够赋予团队有力的引领与支撑，包括但不限于云图等数据平台的理解与运用、主流社交媒体平台的新兴商业化资源与组合

5. 【团队组织协作破题】善于组织公司资源，跨部门沟通能力强；对于问题，能够积极应对，并给与团队好的答案
