职位描述

Sales 销售

• Guarantees excellent customer welcome and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained.

确保在迎宾时提供优质的服务,指导销售人员保证客户满意度,达到品牌所要求的质量标准

• Guarantees efficient management and problem solving for all sensitive cases and for any claims which may happen during the Sales process.

Public Relations 公共关系

• Collects all relevant information useful for a better market’s knowledge (i.e.: info on local hotels, clubs, celebrities and habits), helping to build solid relationship with whom can increase the customers traffic in the Store.

搜集所有市场相关信息以提升市场知识(例如:当地酒店、俱乐部会所、知名人士 、地方习惯等相关信息),并与能够增加店铺顾客相关人士或机构建立起良好的关系

• Collaborates with Retail Events Department to organize local events.

与零售活动部门合作,组织当地活动的展开

Store Staff 店铺员工

• Build the team coordinating its activities in order to make sure that each team member is always motivated and competent.

构建团队并协调活动,确保每个团队成员都是积极且具备该职位要求的能力水平

• Is responsible for the Store planning, organizes and plans activities ensuring that the available resources can manage the expected workload.

负责店铺规划,组织并计划相关活动,合理规划可用资源以完成预计的工作量

• Defines quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by analyzing results, verifying monthly activities and setting up yearly assessments.

制定定性定量的指标,并通过分析业绩、月度活动评估及年度评估等方式确保指标的达成

• Ensures professional growth and training of the staff, by constantly stimulating them.

Product 产品

• Knows market trends and main competitors.

了解市场趋势与主要竞争对手

• Provides timely and useful feedback on product to Retail Merchandiser.

针对产品,向零售采购专员提出及时、有效的反馈

Visual 视觉陈列

• Ensures that the Store image and product care are in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is made to feel responsible as well to maintain these standards.

确保店铺形象及货品护理符合公司标准,确保员工对维护该标准具有责任感

Stockroom库房

• Optimizes stockroom management in order to make sure that stocks are stored as efficiently as possible to ease the sales, in collaboration with the Store Operations.

优化库房管理,通过与店铺运营部门的合作以确保库存管理尽可能有效的支持销售

• Supervises, controls and manages all the activities about year-end, sector and rotation stock takes by product category in collaboration with Store Operations and he/ she is as well responsible for the results.

与店铺运营部合作,监督、控制并管理所有类别货品在年终盘点、品类盘点、与周转中的库存情况,并对相关结果负责

• Makes sure that internal procedures are followed.

• Deals with administration and accounting responsibilities.

任职条件

• Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

• Over 8 years' experiences in luxury brand, of which at least 5 years at supervisory level

8年以上奢侈品牌工作经验,其中5年以上为管理职位

• Strong Business Acumen, service and results driven

具备极强的商业敏感度,服务意识及结果导向思维

• A strong communicator and motivator to inspire team and nurture talents

具备出色的沟通能力、领导力和影响力,善于激发团队、辅导和培养员工

• With strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated

有高度的责任心与工作积极性

• Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese

具备良好的中英文交流能力

• Familiar with windows and office application

熟练使用电脑办公室操作系统
