POSITION PURPOSE

- Support the onboarding process.

- End to end supply chain management.

- Identify and mitigate risks to deliver programs and product on-time, including supplier delivery.

- Weekly delivery metrics with access and excel based.

- Conduct the supplier/factory capacity assessment and delivery risk mitigation.

- Identify and resolve root causes of supply chain inefficiency.

- Partner with suppliers and THD functional groups to deliver supply chain related value.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Executive daily work and develop project independently

- Manage delivery execution for supplier/ factory base for 50+

- Handle fulfillment issue when business needs. Consolidate Information from Suppliers assigned in a weekly basis.

- Create fulfillment metrics together with the functional teams to drive delivery performance of suppliers.

- Conduct plants visit and capacity assessment to proactive manage supply chain risks.

- Conduct team reports of delivery metrics, monthly report and crisis management

- Supply chain improvement and value creation projects.

- Weekly delivery metrics with python, big query, tableau and excel based.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCES

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, International trade or related work experience.

- At least 3 years of experience in project/process management.

- Execution skills and ability to drive behavior by metrics.

- Manufacturing background to understand production planning and manufacturing process constraints

- Preferably with supply chain experience, knowledge of import and export is an advantage.

- Proficient in data analysis with Excel, SQL, Pythons and PPT

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills, both inside the company and externally with suppliers.

- Knowledge and experience of IE/ lean manufacturing/factory operations/production management/six sigma is a plus
