Main Responsibilities:
As a role model to lead the boutique business and team in an effective manner

Responsible for the operations and results of the boutique including: sales, customer experience and operations
对精品店的运营和结果负责包括:销售、客户体验和运营;
Develop business strategies to attract new customers, expand boutique traffic and increase profitability
制定业务战略以吸引新客户,扩大精品店流量并提高盈利能力;
Monitor, evaluate and manage team’s performance to ensure that established objectives and boutique KPIs are achieved
监控、评估和管理绩效,以确保实现既定目标和精品店KPI;
Participate in customer relationship management activities such as daily lead follow-up
参与客户关系管理活动,例如每天对潜在客户进行跟踪等;
Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, stakeholders and office teams
与客户、利益相关者以及办公室团队建立并保持良好的关系;
Maintain the boutique in accordance with Delvaux's global standards for visual display
按照Delvaux全球视觉陈列标准维护精品店;
Conduct in-store training/coaching and daily feedback
进行店内培训和日常反馈;
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports of the store and ensure the accuracy
负责店铺的日报、周报和月报并确保其准确性;
Develop, motivate and retain the team
发展、激励和保留团队;
Identify, recruit and develop top talent and new team members
识别、招募和发展优秀人才和新的团队成员。
Enforce safety, health and security rules
严格执行店铺内的保险、健康和安全规定
Requirements & Capabilities:
·At least 7 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
至少7年相关奢侈品行业经验
·Well understanding in luxury industry with good leather goods knowledge and sales skills
对奢侈品市场有深入的了解、良好的销售技巧并具有皮革制品方面的知识
·Likes fashion and appreciates quality products
热爱时尚及高品质的产品
·Strong leadership skills, high EQ and general education
有很强的领导能力,高情商和通识教育;
·Have a strong understanding of customer satisfaction, luxury experience, and a strong awareness of etiquette and human behavior
对客户满意度、奢侈品体验有较强的理解,对礼仪和人的行为有较强的意识
·College degree or above
专科以上学历
·Fluent in Mandarin. English and/or French is a plus
普通话流利,能说英语和/或法语者优先
