Position Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk management for the firm's daily operations and projects, participate in the implementation of risk assessment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant requirements by the accounting firm and its personnel.
2. Receive and consolidate consultations and complaints related to risk management, participate in investigations and handling of matters pertaining to the accounting firm and its personnel.
3. Assist the department head in developing and implementing monitoring and rectification policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the accounting firm's quality management system.
4. Participate in reviewing and evaluating various quality management systems within the accounting firm, propose improvement suggestions, and track the progress of rectification efforts.
5. Participate in drafting risk management plans, monitoring plans, monitoring reports, rectification reports, etc., and provide suggestions to the supervising partner of the accounting firm on risk response and improvement of monitoring results.
6. Assist the department head in maintaining close communication with relevant external regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay informed of changes in requirements for accounting firms and certified public accountants, and propose modifications to the relevant quality management systems and frameworks based on these changes.
Requirements:
1. Possess relevant experience in financial accounting or accounting firms, with a CPA certificate preferred.
2. Have at least 3 years or more of work experience in an accounting firm or related field, with experience in quality management at large firms or internal audit in state-owned enterprises being an advantage.
3. Be familiar with accountant's professional ethics and industry standards, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
4. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of different levels and backgrounds.
5. Proficient in relevant office software and data analysis tools, with a strong awareness of information security and data privacy protection.
6. Have good English reading and writing abilities.
