Internship: Anatomic Pathology Operation Intern 解剖病理部培训生
招募对象：
生命科学、组织学、实验动物技术或兽医技术等相关专业，大专或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生； 以人类健康为己任，立志于新药研发领域长期发展，并成为一名优秀的临床试验领域专业人员。
项目综述：
参与为期3-9个月的培训生计划：职场新人破冰之旅+外企软技能培训+临床前试验基础知识培训+完备的专业技术课程+优秀导师带教；培训结束并通过考核的同学将有机会被直接录用。
职位描述：
岗位职责：
· 掌握实验动物的解剖和脏器采集技术；
· 准确称取动物体重和各种组织器官的重量；
· 准确记录各种动物的各种大体病变；
· 正确固定和保存标本；
· 初步掌握各种动物的各种器官的取样方法；
· 掌握各种动物组织的脱水程序，熟练操作自动脱水机；
· 掌握各种动物的各种组织的包埋方法；
· 掌握常规染色程序，能够操作自动染色机，自动封片机；
· 协助毒理样本管理，包括存档前的处理，转移和样本清点；
· 确保数据的真实，准确，及时；
· 如遇任何突发事件或实验中出现的异常情况，及时报告部门主管，项目负责人或指定人员；
· 报告任何有损动物福利的事件或行为，如有需要，参与修正；
· 执行试验操作的过程中，根据SOP或相关规定，穿戴适宜的劳防用品。
基本要求：
- 生命科学、组织学、实验动物技术或兽医技术等相关专业，专科或以上学历的2025年应届毕业生;
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作精神，能够适应工作压力；
- 热情自信，拥有自我学习的愿望和强烈的进取心；
- 良好的英文读写水平。
该实习是带薪培训，要求能确保一定的出勤时间，实习结束提供转正机会。

Internship Assignment Summary:
· Performs basic duties of necropsy and/or basic duties of histology
· May help to prepare stock solutions and set-up study supplies
· Trim and bag wet tissues
· Embed tissues into paraffin
· Recognizes deviations from expected results and takes appropriate action.
· Learns to adapt techniques to new procedures or particular needs as directed.
· Demonstrates teamwork skills and contributes towards a cohesive team environment
· Demonstrates data documentation and QC (Quality Control) skills
· Demonstrates problem solving skills
· Maintains a clean and safe work environment
· Performs other duties as assigned.
