Internship: Logistics Coordinator Intern 物流助理实习生
招募对象：
本科或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生，供应链或者物流相关专业；
项目综述：
参与为期3-6个月的培训生计划：职场新人破冰之旅+外企软技能培训+国际贸易物流相关知识培训+优秀导师带教；培训结束并通过考核的同学将有机会被直接录用。
基本要求：
• 供应链或者物流相关专业，本科或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生;
• 具有良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作精神，能够适应工作压力；
• 热情自信，拥有自我学习的愿望和强烈的进取心；
• 良好的英文读写水平， 通过CET-4或以上水平考试
该实习是带薪培训，要求能确保一定的出勤时间，实习结束提供转正机会。

About Team:
For this internship, selected candidate will join members of Logistics China, covering both Logistics Operations and Logistics Regulatory.
On the Operation side, Logistics functions by working with vendors including Customs clearance brokers and transportation vendors (for both domestic and international) to understand about China Customs clearance process and to ensure smooth transportation domestically and internationally.
On the Regulatory side, primarily responsible for managing material Information、group email monitoring，certificate management, document handling, archiving reports, etc.
Internship Assignment Summary:
实习生项目综述：
· Review and maintain documentation on China import/export requirements
维护中国进出口的相关文件
· Provide administrative and analytical support in day-to-day logistics specific departmental activities.
在物流日常工作中，提供行政类和分析类的支持
· Assist to follow up with transportation vendors and internal stakeholders on inquiries, if necessary.
如果需要，和承运商以及内部需求者及时跟进需求
· Enter material information into the E-smart customs system, including supplementary entries for old materials and updating related product information
录入E-smart关务系统物料信息，对旧物料补录及更新产品相关资料
· Monitor the public email inbox and notify the corresponding RIC personnel if it involves reagent imports.
公共邮箱监督，如涉及试剂类进口，通知对应RIC人员
· Manage and track the validity of certificates, confirming with the lab before expiration whether renewal is needed.
· 证书有效期的管理、跟踪，失效前与实验室确认是否需要续证
