About this opportunity

We are now looking for a can-do and value-driven Customer Project Manager to lead assigned RAN delivery related projects, ensuring successful execution within the scope of the contract. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving project goals, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RAN projects, ensuring successful delivery within approved scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

• Adapt Ericsson Service Delivery Framework to establish the project plan baseline, define the project scope, secure necessary resources, and monitor all activities.

• Drive end-to-end project execution, tracking project activities, managing changes, addressing conflicts, resolving critical issues with regular project governance.

• Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure project progress aligns with expectations, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout project execution. Assure good customer post evaluation result, support to keep market share and pursue more opportunities.

• Manage project finances, ensuring achievement of target margins and adherence to financial systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide regular project status reports, identifying gaps, risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Supervise site acceptance and ensure timely invoicing, along with monthly financial tracking.

• Continuously innovate and streamline project management processes, exploring automation tools and AI technologies to enhance efficiency and simplify workflows.

• Ensure continuous compliance adherence.

• Follow Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety.

You will bring.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Your planning & organizing skills are essential to make you a successful Customer Project Manager.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and build trust with customers.

• Business understanding, customer and market insight.

• Good Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills would be highly appreciated.

• Expertise in negotiation, persuasion, and influence, driving project teams toward successful outcomes.

• Consultative Selling Skills would be ideal.

• Any Automation Tool or AI Experience will have added advantage.

• PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferable.

• Proficiency in English
