What's the role?
We are seeking high-calibre individuals with strong business acumen and drive to achieve their full potential through our Management Associate Program.
The program is designed to accelerate associates' leadership development through rotations across sales, marketing and operations. With overseas training and mentorship from senior executives, associates are primed for future managerial roles with Hilti China.

What does the role involve?
Our Hilti China Management Associate Program is a 24-month fast-track career development program for you to accelerate their career with Hilti China. You will gain valuable exposure across multiple business areas through structured rotations:

What you can expect when applying to a position with Hilti:
