- Responsible to provide Mechanical support to maintenance and operations of the plant, inclusive of both fixed and rotating equipment.

- Develop and on-time execution of strategic reliability program to enhance equipment reliability and plant continual operations.

- Maintain and Optimize Predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM) planning.

- Lead failure root cause analysis, analyze asset availability cause &losses and drive improvement in Mechanical related reliability to eliminate recurring failure.

- Knowledge transfer of reliability concepts to operating team.

- Risk management which includes PPM strategy, equipment/parts obsolescence, spare optimization.

- Active collaboration with Global Reliability Team to share knowledge and transfer knowledge/learning to operating plant.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Automation or related.

- Minimum 6 years relevant working in a chemical industry/manufacturing environment.

- Well verse in the different types of pumps/compressors, mechanical seals, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.

- Knowledge of vibration analysis/project reformation and Mechanical Automation (automation equipment and production line design) will be an advantage.

- Good command of written and verbal English preferred.
