MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handle daily work and projects under defined process with supervision.
- Execute daily onboarding with supervision by guiding suppliers, managing program's progress, and resolving onboarding roadblocks through collaboration with THD functional groups and US counterparts to enhance speed to market.
- Identify and escalate potential risks in daily operations with supervision to the management team and US counterparts.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to build out Private Brand and direct import product offerings in designated merchandising area.
- Support PDMs/Merchants in daily onboarding activities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in onboarding process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of work.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCES
- Detail-oriented
- Relationship building across functions
- Experience using complex project management / software systems is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (BI tool skill is a plus, such as Power BI, Tableau).
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor degree and above with 2+ years working experience.
