Responsibilities:

1、Design control system architecture for Trumpf fiber laser products. 为公司光纤激光器产品设计电控架构。

2、 Lead electronics/electrical/software team to develop fiber laser control platfom. 领导电子、电气、软件团队开发光纤激光器电控平台。

3、Continuously improve/maintain/cost down products’ design during lifetime

在产品生命周期内对产品电控方案持续改进/维护/降本。

4、 Provide support for released products, evaluate product field performance and reliability and recommend corrective and preventive actions.为发布的产品提供支持，评估产品现场性能和可靠性，并推荐纠正和预防措施。

5、Lead, select and develop of people, resources, and budget necessary to perform the functions of the engineering department. Adapt the team’s functions as business situation requires.领导、选择和开发实现部门职能所需的人员、资源和预算。根据业务情况的需要调整团队的功能。

6、Set team goals and tasks based on department goals and other TCN initiatives and ensure their achievement by developing innovative ideas and solutions to problems.根据部门目标和其他TCN计划制定团队目标和任务，并通过创新的想法和解决方案来确保目标的实现。

7、Continuously improve the team’s processes and encourage employee participation.不断改进团队流程，鼓励员工参与

8、Ensure safety standards. 确保安全标准

9、Ensure effective and in time implementation of engineering changes.确保有效的、及时执行的工程变更

10、Support to complete other tasks assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.根据业务需要，协助完成直属主管分配的其他任务。

Requirements:

1、Master d or above 硕士及以上

2、Engineering, Electronics, physics or related工程、电子信息、物理或相关专业

3、Need 8 or more years of relevant work experience in R&D lasers/control, minimum 5 years in a R&D management role

8年或以上激光/自动控制相关研发工作经验，至少3年以上研发管理经验

4、Knowledge and skills:

①solid relevant technical background in design and manufacturing of control system.在控制系统的设计和制造方面有扎实的相关技术背景

②demonstrated problem solving and very good communication, coordination skill and project management skills良好的问题解决能力，沟通、协调能力和项目管理能力。

③proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and ideally SAP R/3

6、Fluent Chinese and English 流利的中文和英语

7、German is an advantage, but not required 会德语者优先，但并非必须要求
