Main Duties and Responsibilities:

■ Issue PID for all project by gathering information from relevant engineer;

■ Define Design Pressure of all circuit;

■ Define deriming procedure of plant;

■ Define and size the utilities network (IA, NS);

■ Issue piping list;

■ Define the major protection loop on the PID;

■ Check and approve sub-supplier’s PID;

■ Support the site commissioning;

■ Support as required, machine specialist and the proposal of machine;

■ Attend the review meeting with related professionals (PFD, PID freeze, clients, etc).

■ Ensure that projects are all designed in compliance with the expected safety, reliability and performance; (Senior PID engineer)

Qualifications:

■ Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical engineering, chemical mechanic, automation or cryogenic relevant;

■ 8 years working experience in ASU process design, process control and commissioning, of which at least 5 years of experience in chemical industrial design and management;(Senior PID engineer)

■ Wide knowledge of chemical process design, chemical industrial process, instrumentation, control, process machines, metal material and standards, etc.;

■ ASU process design and process control experience is appreciated;

■ Familiar with PID execution and management;

■ Familiar with Microsoft Office software, Microstation, Smartplant and Smartsketch, etc. and basic calculation with excel tools;

■ Positive, good communication and open-minded individual;

■ Good English.
