• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets, focusing on both existing customers and new market segments.
• Lead and manage sales strategy formulation and execution for key sales channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects, while nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Prepare financial plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning to optimize financial performance.
• Oversee customer and account management activities, including receivables collection, pricing strategies, and budget optimization to enhance customer satisfaction and financial stability.
• Manage and monitor key performance metrics in alignment with company objectives, recommending changes and improvements where necessary.
• Define market structures and segments, identify target customers, and develop distribution partnerships to effectively position our products in the market.
• Establish and promote the organization's brand in the market, emphasizing innovation, value, technical support, service excellence, and product quality.
• Manage and nurture the sales opportunity pipeline and incoming project business to maximize revenue potential.
• Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of all products and enhance brand visibility in the market.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessment procedures and operational protocols, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical manufacture, or engineering and a post graduate qualification in sales and marketing would be preferred.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the industrial or engineering sectors, preferably in clamp, fasteners, connect and joining technology.
• Experienced in Offroad, Power, Marine, Energy industry more than 5 years with good customer relationship
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Hard working, strong ability to learn new knowledge, passionate in sales job, can work with pressure, and travel regularly
