We are currently looking for a digital planner manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing RTB campaigns, especially for Red.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
• Have extensive knowledge of Red and search; knowledge of UD, Bytedance, Tencent and other RTB business-related platforms will be an advantage.
• Be able to manage and execute RED campaigns independently.
• Be able to deliver Red strategic plans and present.
• Data analysis and provide post-campaign insights, and have extensive experience of 灵犀.
In six months:
• Provide campaign solutions to client, manage deliver results.
In Twelve months:
• Empower the whole team with your knowledge accumulation.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Quickly adapt to Red and other search plans for both product delivery and service model.
• Ensure on-time and on-quality plan and review of digital RTB campaigns.
• Evaluate and optimize campaigns tactics in terms of publisher selections, budget allocation, daily monitoring, and strategy optimizations to deliver best outcome and gain profit.
• Work closely with functional teams internally and externally throughout campaign execution
• Being enthusiastically learn and deep dive the capabilities of all platforms/inventories and share with the broader team.
• Managing and nurturing junior traders to deliver campaigns plan and client communication successfully.
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Solid 3-5 years and more experience working in digital marketing agency or media agency.
• Good understanding of all performance-driven media tactics (SEM/Feed/Display), especially in the Red and search.
• Demonstrate sharp, strategic & critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Consistently exhibit natural curiosity and dynamism.
• Effectively work collaboratively.
• Innate ability to respectfully challenge the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working across large media budgets.
• Business proficiency in English and Chinese.
