In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
• Have an understanding of each brand’s challenge for digital platform.
• Be able to synergize and manage digital campaigns independently.
• Client facing, evaluate brand digital strategy and performance result.
• Understand Nexus scope of work and working processes and establish cross-team collaboration.
In six months:
• Build a good relationship with specialists from client and media side.
• Visualize key improvement points cross teams and clients.
In Twelve months:
• Be the person whom the client and colleagues go to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and strategies to answer identified challenges.
Responsibilities of the role:
1 Serve as the primary point of contact for client and Nexus, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
2 Having extensive experience and knowledge of the Red, Tencent, UD, Bytedance and other business-related platforms, work with team to ensure performance campaign plan, execution and review.
3 Quickly adapt to Nexus for both product delivery and service model.
4 Responsible for synergy campaign plan, execution, and review.
5 Coordinate cross function or agency cooperation.
6 Provide regular updates on the progress of annual projects to stakeholders within client.
7 Organize and host workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and project advancement across the group.
8 Managing and nurturing junior traders to deliver campaigns successfully.
What you’ll need:
1 Bachelor degree or above;
2 Solid 5 years above and more experience working in digital marketing agency or media agency.
3 Good understanding of all performance-driven media tactics (SEM/Feed/Display), especially in Red and UD,京准通
4 Demonstrate sharp, strategic & critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
5 Consistently exhibit natural curiosity and dynamism.
6 Effectively work collaboratively.
7 Innate ability to respectfully challenge the status quo.
8 Excellent communication skills and experience working across large media budgets.
9 Business proficiency in English and Chinese.
