Ensures a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone contact and written communications.

§ 准确地对活动/宴会记录文档进行保管

Ensures the activities / events Log Book is being accurately maintained.

§ 协助市场调查和竞争对手调查报告的编写。

Assists in the compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Research reports.

§ 维护与现有客户的良好关系，按要求提供所有必需的协助。

Maintains good relationship with the established clientele and provides all necessary assistance when required.

§ 准备并确保所有的宴会订单及时地分发给相关的部门。

Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.

§ 展示优秀的电话处理技巧，具备电话销售的能力。

Practices excellent Telephone Handling Skills and is capable of excellent Telephone Sales.

§ 确保在工作时间内总是展现专业而适度的形象。

Ensures that a professional and appropriate image is projected at all times while on duty.
