Job Description
1 Assist in office management and daily administrative affairs, provide staff service and daily support
2 Proficiency in SAP system, could request quotations from suppliers and create PO numbers to complete office supply procurement 3 Outgoing personality, can communicate effectively with all departments to improve team cohesion 4 Excellent English speaking and listening skills, could use English as working language
5 Experience in student activities or student clubs is preferred
Qualification
Bachelor's degree
Good command of oral and written English
Interpersonal communication skills
Able to manage multi-tasks under pressure
Good communication skills and proper behavior to different stakeholders
Photoshop or design skill is a plus
