                                您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下,协助保持所在部门的高效营运,并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。确保餐饮部产品和服务的卫生,保管卫生检查报告及所有卫生文件并整理存档。
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.Ensures the hygiene standard of Food and Beverage production and service within the Hotel.Maintains the Hygiene Inspection Log Book, all related documents and filing.
拥有至少两年在酒店或高级餐厅——最好是国际品牌——担任食品卫生经理的工作经验;必须全面掌握卫生操作、职业健康和安全标准方面的知识;
Minimum 2 years experience as Hygiene Manager in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in international brands. Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
