Main Duties and Responsibilities:

■Perform and optimize process simulations and calculations according to the contractual commitment with customers.

■Size the equipment designed by E&C Hangzhou (cryogenic columns, Front End Purification unit, Air/water and Nitrogen/water towers) and main pipes including deriming lines, valves, relief valves and flow meters.

■Issue Process Datasheets for all equipments and instruments in process scope.

■Establish PFD and Material/Heat Balances.

■Check, validate and comment from a process perspective the drawings established by E&C Hangzhou and the equipment feedbacks from suppliers.

■Participate to review meetings (e.g. PFD, PID or Process reviews).

■Provide process support to Service Group // Standard Product Dpt.

■Participate or support plant commissioning when necessary.

■Capitalize plant performances.

■Prepare and deliver technical presentations on process topics.

Qualifications:

■Master degree or above, majored in chemical engineering or Cryogenic.

■Familiar with ASU process knowledge and strong knowledge in Thermodynamics.

■Good communication skill and team work spirit, rigorous and sense of responsibility and autonomy. 

■Mastery of basic Microsoft Office.

■Good English.
