The position is customer quality engineer (CQE).

The CQE will act as a quality window towards the contract manufacture (CM) sites of customer (overseas) and direct customers domestic in BST. Need to work closely with CMs and customers include but not limit to collect failure parts and summarize failure info(FAR), monitor quality performance(PPM), failure analysis coordination, 8D report, failure analysis explanation, onsite support, relationship build up. And also CQE will work internally with FAE in USA and Q-key account in Germany HQ for alignment and strategic decision making. Therefore, travels to the CMs and customers are expected. Besides China also travels to Germany and other countries in Asia are possible.

Key expertise and characteristics of this position should cover: problem solving expertise and customer communication skills. High level of self-motivation, systematic thinking and team collaborative skills. Independent working capability is highly preferred. Knowledge of 8D, FA, MEMS sensor or semiconductor basics is necessary.

The engineer will be located in the RBAC office in Suzhou in the group BST/QMM-CN.

•B.S degree required in physics, chemistry, electronics or equivalent.

•At least 1 year professional experience in semiconductor business, especially a plus if have MEMS sensor experience.

•At least 2 years solid experience in customer related functions.

•Problem solving, and very good communication skills.

•Excellent English and Mandarin language.

•Willing to travel.
