As part of the global operation team, the product engineer in the BST Suzhou team has the ownership for product’s QCD

* target, driving the series product’s QCD

* target achievement via efficient SE-team work.

•Optimize product QCD in mass production with product SE-Team​

•Driving implementation and optimization of production flows and procedures​

•Define product KPIs / planning premises and define measures for achievement ​

•Driving evaluation and reporting of production-related KPI´s​

•Driving decisions with product SE-Team, w.r.t QCD related topics

•Representing operations in mass production to development

•Bachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics or related field

•Self-motivated, good coordination and moderation skills

•Good English in written and verbal

•Good communication skills and presentation skills

•Entrepreneurial mindset

•Assertiveness

•Strong leadership skills in project management work

•At least 5 years related work experience

•Production-related data analysis and manufacturing control tools​

•Statistical process control (e.g. SBL, Maverick, cpk, BOPP)​

•Quality methods (e.g. 8D, problem solving, failure analysis)​

•Basic financial/cost understanding (e.g. PPC, EBIT, BC)​

•Familiar with semiconductor technology and process (Fab, Assembly, Test)

•Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor products and production

Preferred:

•Familiar with MEMS technology and products

•Familiar with qualification and validation for MEMS products and production
