药学、生物、化学、分析、检验等相关专业，本科或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生； 以人类健康为己任，立志于新药研发领域长期发展，并成为一名优秀的临床试验领域专业人员。
项目综述：
参与为期3-6个月的培训生计划：职场新人破冰之旅+外企软技能培训+临床试验基础知识培训+完备的专业技术课程+优秀导师带教；培训结束并通过考核的同学将有机会被直接录用。

岗位职责：
标本接收：
- 审查和解读测试材料制定程序的研究方案，确保研究任务按照方案、标准操作规程和glp进行。
- 根据方案、sop和glp收集并记录适用的手工和计算机生成的数据。
- 执行研究计算和测试材料配方的具体技术。
- 根据研究方案和标准操作规程准备实验室试剂，载体，饮食，溶液/悬浮液和胶囊。
- •执行由Labcorp或申办方制备的剂量材料样品的处理过程。
- •对准备的测试材料进行配方验证和储存。
- 保持清洁和安全的工作环境。
- •识别与正常结果的偏差，并将可能影响数据完整性的任何问题和/或偏差告知研究主任、首席研究员或管理层。
- •对每天分配的工作量进行计划，并有效地安排多项任务。
- 完成其他分配的相关工作。
基本要求：
- 药学、生物、化学、检验等相关专业，专科或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生;
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作精神，能够适应工作压力；
- 热情自信，拥有自我学习的愿望和强烈的进取心；
- 良好的英文读写水平， 通过CET-4或以上水平考试
该实习是带薪培训，要求能确保一定的出勤时间，实习结束提供转正机会。

Internship Assignment Summary:
- Reviews and interprets study protocol for test material formulation procedures and to ensure that a study tasks are conducted according with protocol, SOPs, and GLPs.
· Collects and records applicable hand and computer generated data in accordance with protocol, SOPs, and GLPs.
· Performs study calculations and specific techniques for test material formulation..
· Prepares laboratory reagents, vehicles, diets, solution/suspensions, and capsules according to study protocols and SOPs.
· Performs the process of disposition of samples from prepared dose materials by Labcorp or sponsor.
· Performs formulation verification and storage of prepared test materials.
· Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
· Recognizes deviations from normal results and informs Study Director, Principal Investigator, or management of any problems and/or deviations that may affect the integrity of the data.
· Plans assigned workload on a daily basis and effectively schedules multiple assignments.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
